Payment: Clients are responsible for all payments due to the studio in the form of Cash, Venmo, Sqaure Cash or Paypal. No music will be released until full payment is made.
Deposit: A 2 hour deposit is required to confirm a session. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Late policy: A 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time of your session will be given. After the 15 minutes, the session clock will start and will be counted against your studio time.
Backup: Please bring a portable hard drive to backup your work after each session. We cannot guarantee the safe use or storage of digital audio files. The Bull Production Recording Studio is not responsible for educating or instructing clients in care and storage of digital data and media. Every client will be given a dropbox link with full access to their files. The Bull Productions will store files for no more than 90 days following completion of the session. You can either download the files from the dropbox link or backup your files with a portable hard drive.
Damages: Client shall be responsible for any loss or damage to The Bull Productions and/or property caused by the client, the client’s employees, guests, invitees or others acting under client’s instruction, as a result of misuse, negligence, carelessness or willful misconduct.
